pugs on parade 2008
On April 26, Alabama Pug Rescue and Adoption held the annual Pugs on Parade at Oak Mountain State Park near Birmingham. It is always so much fun and this year was no exception. Great pugs everywhere, great pug people, and great food. And beautiful weather despite ominous forecasts. Here are a few of the day's session shots plus a few extras. I would have loved to post every single dog - they were all amazing! Many of the following pugs are some of APRA's happy endings, which makes it even better!

Wonderful!
Your pug photos made my day!

Hi Jeanette,
I just stumbled on your blog and I have to tell you I adore your photography! You are so talented and I am so glad I found you.
I sent Melissa (pug notes) over here because she *loves* (and I mean LOVES) pugs, and actually so do I! Ironically I also recently photographed a pug event as well although your shots are way cuter, IMO. The 'necklaces' and hats are a riot.
I will be stopping in regularly to comment, and will also add you to my blogroll of favorite photographers and also send folks your way to comment. Keep up the fantastic work!! :-)
